The Firs do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Securing your booking and cancellation

When using our online booking system, your booking is not assured until you receive a confirmation email from us. Though we take a credit card number for security purposes we will not take any payment from you unless you fail to turn up for your booking without at least 5 days notice. In the even that you either "no show" or cancel with less than 5 days notice, we reserve the right -at our discretion- to take a 50% cancellation, fee.

Payment

At our discretion we may require full payment for your stay upon arrival. Payments may be made by cash or cheque.

Refunds

Since no deposit is taken without late cancellation, refunds will only be given in the event of failure by us to meet the agreed requirements.
